NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SHELL CHEMICAL APPALACHIA, LLC CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION TOWNSHIP OF POTTER TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Supervisors of the Second Class Township of Potter, Beaver County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall hold a public hearing and consider action upon a proposed Conditional Use Application by Shell Chemical Appalachia, LLC on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at the Potter Township Municipal Building, 206 Mowry Road, Monaca, Pennsylvania. The purpose of the hearing is to receive evidence and consider approval of a proposed petrochemical facility as a conditional use at 300 Frankfort Road, Monaca, Pennsylvania, pursuant to the provisions of the Potter Township Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance, Public and Private Improvements Code and the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
